Country flooring was amazing. I had hardwood floors installed. I had a specific request as far as the quality of wood I wanted in my home. They exceeded my expectations. Not only that, they had several financing options available, and their price was better than anyone else's and I got 6 other estimates. It was a no brainer to go with them. I'm really happy. I'll definitely use them again.

To the point. The job was done. They took care of business, in a businesslike manner, the crew was efficient and terrific. Everyone from management to office was wonderful.

They were prompt, courteous and professional. Offered a much wider range of choices in laminate flooring compared to the 'big box' home improvement companies. Our new kitchen floor and entryway really 'pop' now. My wife and I will probably call them back to install new living room and hallway carpet without getting a competitive bid.

Trim started popping up and I called them to correct the problem. Scheduled an appointment and was told I wasn't home. I'm always home. Set another appointment. No show. Supposed to send someone out again. Floors were paid in full. This should not be happening, no matter the customer service and I'm made to feel like I'm being blown off. Very disappointed.

When they came to show us samples we were not pressured to buy the top line carpet. He explained the differences and allowed us to decide. Came to measure and we purchased carpet for 2 more rooms. All 3 rooms were less than the big box store we were originally going to buy from. I highly recommend these guys, buying local is the way to go!

Owners are very easy to work with and do a great job of explaining your choices. Installers do a great job and work quickly.

I went with this company because they were the best price for the carpet and pad we wanted. They delivered and installed the wrong pad which I caught before they finished. I insisted they correct and put in the waterproof pad I ordered. They agreed but installers were a no show on first reschedule date. On second date, they were one less man and they did damage to our door frames and baseboards when they took out the wrong pad and put in new. I had to have a painter come back to repair damage which I ultimately deducted from the final invoice. There was no oversight by the company to make sure the right product was delivered or that installation was done well. It was not a good experience and I would not recommend them.
