Did a GREAT job watching my 3 pets. They all love her. We have used Charmaine several times and all with great results. This is so much less stressful for both me and the pets!

Charmaine was wonderful! She spent a lot of time with my dog, she sent me text messages everyday and picture mail.

Charmaine could not possibly have been more professional, caring, thoughtful, or helpful. At one point the weather turned cold while I was gone; Charmaine called me on my cell phone to tell me, and to ask whether the heat was set to come on. It wasn't. Rather than let the birds get chilly in the house overnight, Charmaine made ANOTHER trip to the house, in the middle of the night, to turn on the heat for the birds. I live out in the boonies and it's at least a 40 minute drive for her each way. She volunteered. I can't say enough good things about Charmaine; I trust her completely with my precious birds. This is the second time that Charmaine has bird-sat for me. It will not be the last.
