Nathan came after our warranty company sent a crappy company LYNNCO who misdiagnosed and did nothing to try to solve our problem. We were almost a month without a washer fooling with them. I was connected with Nathan and he was very understanding and patient to our initial desire to have the warranty company rectify the situation-stay away from AHS. We ended up calling him back and he came out and worked diligently to figure out what our issue was. It was a combination of things but he did get our drain unclogged and our washer working without overflowing onto the floor! It was not the plumbing vent like the first company said. Thanks Nathan.

We neededto replace a hot water heater, Nathan gave us all of our options and had a great price. He was thorough professional and cleaned up after the job. Unlike several plumbing companies that quoted the job the price was very fair. Would definitely recommend again.

Replaced button to move water flow from faucet to showerhead. He completed the job without any difficulties and didn't leave a mess.
