Description of Work: From my first call on Sunday evening to the pricing & installation of a new hot water heater, Total HVAC did an outstanding job!! Chris, the installer on call returned by Voice Mail on Sunday evening and indicated that he wasn't sure how soon Total could schedule the replacement, but someone would call me on Monday morning with the cost and installation. First thing on Monday, I had a call to say that they would do everything possible to put me in the schedule for Monday. In the meantime, I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and a service person came out within an hour. He was professional, but spent most of the time pushing a tankless water heater ($4,500) and saying how bad our water softener was for the pipes and life of the water heater. He quoted $1,600 with a replacement PRV. As soon as he left, I received anther call from Total to say that they had freed up a service person who could pick up a new water heater and be here in an hour.They quoted $1,330 with an additional 10% discount for Angie's List. Chris #1 and Chris #2 arrived within an hour went right to work and completed the water heater and PRV replacements plus installing a thermal expansion tank, During the installation I mentioned a non-related water problem, Chris #2 helped to isolate the problem as soon as he had a spare minute - Totally dedicated to helping a customer! Hopefully this will give you an idea why I was so happy with Total HVAC and would use them again without question!
