I've used Safetails twice to provide in-home pet sitting for several days.  Before my first appointment two reps from the company came out to tour my house, meet my cats and get to know their routines.  My cats were much happier getting to stay in their own house rather than going to a boarding facility.  I received a prompt daily update in my email about each of their visits.  When we returned home things were clean (especially the litter boxes!)  On the second occasion that I used them one of my cats was on medication.  They administered the daily pill for no extra charge.

Because I have used safe tails on multiple occasions, I will only speak to the issue I have encountered. Some of the employees (who I don't believe are employed by the company any longer) would not walk the dogs for as long as I was paying for. The walker seemed to walk once around the block for 15 minutes, when I was paying for a full hour of walking. I brought the matter to the attention of the owner, and was refunded the money and given a new dog walker.
