Did not go well at all.... the only thing they did was take my money... charged too much for maintence, did not answer my tenants or my calls, did not show me reciepts or other documents, their

They take care of maintence that comes up and I still am making money off of my property. They also give me online statements and they automatically put money in my account so I don't have have to wait on a check to come! Overall it has been pretty smooth and I would recommend them.
