I am selling a house in TN but live out of state. I needed to replace the roof and wanted to arrange it for a time I could travel to be on site when the work was done. That meant 5 days notice for this job. Jason did the estimates and worked with me the entire time. The owner and another manager also spent time on site the day of the job. A manager stayed on site all day. Their quote came in well under the other 2 I had received. Based upon the reviews here and the price I chose Premier Roofing. One fax and a couple of phone calls was all it took. They arrived on time and were working when I showed up. Roofing is messy work but I thought they did a really good job minimizing the trash around the house. They also cleaned up really well. Quality of work is better than the original roof my builder installed. The shingles are straight and overhang the edges evenly. They used good quality materials and left some extra shingles behind since they are prone to blow off in storms in our area. They did a good job even on the little nooks and ledges on my roof, completely tearing off everything and replacing it. When they were done they blew the entire roof clean and also scraped out all the trash in the gutters. Work got done when they said it would. Overall, I was really impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail. However, they get big credit for working with me over the phone and out of state and getting the job done on very short notice. Great job and I highly recommend!

Estimate was almost $2,000 below 2 other roofing firms. Communication was good and fairly prompt response. New roof was installed in one day plus about 2 hrs on second day due to delays. They were very professional and explained why only one power vent was needed in roof. They did a very good cleanup after finishing job. Even though the wood used in the original roof was over 70 years old, it was in great shape and no extra repairs were needed when old shingles were all removed. We would recommend them to others needing roofing repair or replacement.

I was very much pleased with the work. Everything went smoothly and was handled very professionally. They were thorough and I had a good all around experience. The pricing was very competitive with the competition in the area.

The work was performed in a timely manner and as described in the estimate. For the most part, they did a good job of cleaning up after the work. Brad, who provided the estimate and checked on the completed job, was professional and thorough. I was most impressed that he came the day before the work was to start and covered the items in our attic with plastic and after the work was finished, he came back and removed the plastic and cleaned up inside the attic. My only complaint is that a couple of minor items are left to finish - painting a couple of attic vents they installed, removing some debris left hanging in a tree and checking a few crooked shingles. I have been unable to get Brad to respond to my request to send someone to finish these small tasks but that wouldn't stop me from using them again or recommending them.

Contacted two highly rated Angie's List roofers. Only heard from one. And it wasn't this one. Chose the other for my new roof.

They did a very good job. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future. They were honest. I definitely love them, everything did look great. Overall I would rate them an "A".

Both Chip and Frank were great to work with from beginning to end. Frank first did an initial evaluation of our roof a few weeks ago, and was extremely thorough in explaining their roofing procedure, explained the various types of roofing shingles, and kindly answered my numerous questions. Premier Roofing gave me the lowest price of the 3 roofing estimates I had done. But I am most impressed with the superb quality of the roofing installation, and how thorough Chip and Frank have been in answering my questions and making sure everything was just right. Our yard was spotless after the clean-up, and the roof looks terrific! I would highly recommend Premier Roofing to anyone needing roofing work done!

Workers were suppose to show up at 7:30 but rang the doorbell at 6:50. Ambitiously worked quickly and efficiently and in 1 day replaced roof on 4000 sq. ft. house! Very friendly people and owner on premises to supervise. Excellent clean up afterwards. I definitely will promote this company to friends and family.

Excellent from estimate to completion. We are totally pleased. All work was supervised throughout the (only) one day that it took to complete the whole job. Cleanup was great ( all nails were removed from grounds also). Our roof looks beautiful and our house looks much prettier.

Due to complications with another roofer, we asked Premier to come out and give us an estimate. They were extremely prompt in returning our call and made time in an already busy schedule to come see the property the same day and speak with us. The gentleman who came out was thorough and knowledgeable and had a good understanding of how to work with the insurance company to insure repairs would be completed with little to no cost out of pocket. The only reason we did not go ahead with them is that we chose a roofer that a family member was working with. We would highly recommend Premier and use them in the future.

They were excellent. We have recommended them to other people. They showed up right away. The work was good. We had a little bit of a hiccup on our part, but they were able to work around it.

Once I set up the appointment, I received a quote for the repairs. My insurance company lowballed the pricing, but Premier was willing to work with me to accommodate the costs. The only, ONLY reason they did not get my business for the repair was they were beaten in price by another company. I could not refuse. I highly recommend them based on the great experience I had in dealing with at least 2 individuals from the company. Customer service seems to be a lost art these days. I appreciate the time they took to attend to my questions and issues. Out of all 4 companies who came and did the estimate, this was the only company who noticed the drainage problem with a gutter that is on top of my roof from an adjoining neighbor. I was greatly impressed by that!

The job was well done from start to finish.

Nothing more to add, other than to say we will use this company if the damage warrants a new roof.

They have the best prices. They are honest. They do a great job. They are clean. They are punctual. The owner goes over and beyond for me in a business way because when I recommend, people do use him. He’s out there consulting and giving them the very best price. I send out a couple of people so that my clients could choose if they want to use him and they consistently choose my painter and Premier Roofing because of the service and the prices that they have. Overall, he’s good. I would continue to hire him in the future.

Job went very well. Crew arrived at about 7:30 and finished same day at about 3:30. Crew was fast, efficient and experienced. My salesman and company owners were on hand throughout the day to observe and supervise. Cleanup was thorough.

Chip and his guys were excellent to work with. The job took less than an entire day and their clean up was fantastic.

We had some roof damage from the May 2010 floods. An insurance adjuster came out and said everything looked good just water got under the shingles. We continued to experience issues in our master bathroom, so we called two other roofing companies that took my name and number... (it took them two weeks to get back to me). Premier called me back immediately and I explained the situation. They said it sounded like the Pipe Boot was broken (which it was) and referred me to another roofing company who could fix it. They were honest, and said they were slammed from the recent storms, and this company could get out quicker to fix it. I appreciate honesty!
