Quality work, friendly people, thorough clean up.

They were organized and very efficient. The work was well done and the clean up was spotless. Nick, the clean up person, said that he works like he would want someone to work in his own yard. Willie, the fellow who gave me the bid, looked up information that I had questions about and got back to me with the answers The owner. Mr. Moore was on the site and part of the work crew. They are all a credit to the tree removal business

We were very pleased with the work performed. They didn't use a lift truck due to the lot shape and space constraints. They used a climber who roped off sections of the tree and were very careful when releasing the cut limbs as they didn't have much room to work with in our backyard. It was amazing to watch how much control the cutters exhibited on where and how the trimmed pieces were dropped. I never felt a concern about collateral damage. They can feel free to use me as a reference

We had 2 trees removed from our yard and were very pleased with the work . They showed up on time and cleaned up very well. I would not hesitate to hire these folks again.

Our aged birch trees were given expert attention after years of neglect. It was obvious the knowledge Phillip has regarding tree care. He displayed great attention to our trees and explained his thoughts and rational for the pruning he and his crew carried out. Polite crew. Phillip went above and beyond when he offered to come back this Spring to assess the new growth and nutrition of our trees.

Philip, the owner, was able to understand my specific issues and transform that into a job well done. They showed up 3 hours after the bid, did the job as I specified, and cleaned up completely. The tree trimming left me with a wonderful view.

Moore & Smith came in at one of the lowest bids in town and even took care of the county licencing required to remove my dying oak tree; A task that had been driving me bonkers. They had a county inspector out in two days whereas I had been stuck playing phone-tag for a week. They returned on the promised date and began the process of removing my dying oak. When a sudden, intense thunderstorm halted work in the afternoon, Moore & Smith returned to work into the night (and in the rain). As a bonus, they have to be one of the friendliest and most personable crews to ever work on my home.

Over time i got quotes and talked to around 10 other tree services, I was not impressed to move forward with any of them. Then I found Moore & Smith. I was impressed by their ratings.
