After several estimates, we decided to use Phillip and Kasandra. They were right in line with the other estimates we received but it was the overall feeling Kasandra gave me when she came out to give us the estimate. Very personable and down to earth while being very knowledgable. With her help and suggestions, we were able to come up with the best way to cut/trim our tree. Phillip and his crew did an outstanding job cutting back our tree and explained some of the problem the tree is having because if the chemicals and street runoff from the pond next to the tree. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I am very happy with the work they did for me. The removal of one of my trees was much more difficult than anticipated but they persevered until the job was done. The crew was very professional, they left the area tidy, and I will definatly be recommending them to my friends and colleagues!

They beat the price of other quotes, were extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Would recommend them to anyone! Will definitely use them again when my oak trees need trimming.

We were very pleased with the work performed. They didn't use a lift truck so we didn't need to worry about damage to pipes and such in the yard from the weight of a truck. They used a climber who roped off sections of the tree and were very carefull when releasing the cut limbs as they didn't have much room to work with in our backyard. They finished off the work with a excellent clean up of the area. The tree which was cut was about 50 to 60 feet high and I wondered how they could do it without a lift truck. I was amazed watching the climber work. They can feel free to use me as a reference and I'd hire them again.

Discussed options and made suggestions and provided a very reasonable quote. (Two days later another quote considerably higher). Philip called to schedule work and he and crew arrived promptly as expected. Further discussed expectations and all very agreeable explaining all steps. Looking for minimal, necessary trimming for health of trees. Results excellent, lifting, trimming and removing dead and damaged branches. Results look great without being obvious. The Moores and their crew exceeded expectations on our .7 acre of over 30 unruly old oaks and problem palms. Kasandra and Philip know their stuff! They and their mannerly hard working crew are true professionals, easy to work with and offer the best service for a very competitive price. They systematically roped, walked, pruned and cleaned the disorderly oaks with safety in mind for the workers. The beloved old trees now look so nice and neat well away from the power lines and roofline. Can't thank them enough for a job well done!

Wonderful people! Moore and Smith Tree Care handled all of the permitting and the whole job was done in a matter of days. Unfortunately, one of the employees was stung a few dozen times after he found a large honeycomb on top of one of the pines that housed hundreds of bees. Moore and Smith Tree Care was able to overcome this obstacle and got the job done in a timely manner. They cleaned up incredibly well and communicated their progress each day. I am so glad I chose Moore and Smith Tree Care after seeing the quality work they have performed and will most certainly continue to use them for all of my tree care needs in the future.

Their price was very competitive and they were very efficient and professional.The trees were close to our house,shed and shrubs.They cut the trees down without damaging the surroundings.The cleanup and work done was superior compared to other tree services we had.Cassandra and Phillip are very friendly,honest and caring.They are one of the few remaining companies where the customer is still always right and you really feel and see it.We had to replace the trees with new ones.Cassandra discussed with us what kind of trees are good and even picked them up at the Nursery.Outstanding work and service.
