Easy to talk to. Cares about his customers satisfaction. Handled a problem with a branch that was on my neighbors tree without charging her because the branch was failing and could have caused damage.

They did a great job of removing everything and leaving the project as if they had never been there. Would definitely recommend them to others. Very honest about their work. Way cheaper than other companies who quoted less work and more money.

We hired them to remove a tree that had blown down and were very pleased with their service. They showed up when they said they would and went right to work. They went above and beyond in trimming an ornamental shrub that had been damaged by the falling tree. And they left the yard clean and neat where the tree had been. We will certainly hire them again.

WOW! GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT WORK! I have gotten several estimates for our job, some very high $$ and others low $. But money was not the main basis for selection Moore & Smith tree care. The high competency they exhibited was also just as important. They proved they had insurance and without even being asked for it. Other companies danced around that fact. The estimate for the job was very fair. I felt the most confident about Moore & Smith tree care services because they came out to give their estimate for the job. Explained what they would do, and why it was necessary. Once they arrived they got to work and they did the job in a timely manner. They cleaned up the property nicely, as if they were never here. Of course, minus the monster tree :). I would highly recommend them for your job, as we were VERY satisfied with our results.

They showed up when they said they would and worked hard to remove two 25 foot oaks that were undermining driveways. Kassandra returned my calls and made additional calls in my behalf to permitting when needed. They responded quickly to my request for quote.

I highly recommend Moore & Smith Tree Care. We purchased a home recently which has multiple grand oaks that needed to be trimmed and the canopies raised approximately 11 trees. We also had poison Sumac that needed to be removed and a large area of brush and small trees that had to be cleared by hand because we have no access to the backyard for equipment. Phillip and Kasandra gave me an estimate which couldn't be beat plus they are Licensed Bonded and Insured. They are very knowledgeable and professional. They care about their customers which shows in the work they do. Phillip made sure he explained everything he had done and wouldn't leave the job until everything was inspected by us. The last day he asked me if I wanted to come out and inspect the final job and I did not feel I needed to from the work he and his crew had done from their first day on the job. Our neighbors even told me how good the trees looked. If you truly want a tree company you can trust and depend on to do an exceptional job please do not call around just make one call to Moore & Smith Tree Care. Above and beyond my expectations, I won't go with no one else

I had three companies give estimates and Moore & Smith appeared to know the most about trees and what makes them healthy. They also gave the most reasonable estimate. They showed up when they said they would, they did what they were contracted to do and even a bit more. They removed branches in the open, above my house, above fences with no problems. The trees look beautiful. Great job!
