This is the third time our family has used this company's service and we couldn't be more pleased with their work, professionalism, expertise, kindness and honesty. This time, our water heater went out (in the winter!). The company had a pretty full schedule as to be expected, but they didn't want us to go without so they made room for us! This was beyond appreciated as we have very small children! Such a noble thing to do for us. Scott came out and replaced/installed a new water heater in our home as soon as he could and it was painless for us! He had the old one out and new one in in no time! He was extremely polite and professional, sensitive to our needs and got the job done with perfection! He kept his workspace so neat and organized too. He went above and beyond as he has done before so... The bottom line is and as I've stated before, they have a customer for life with me. It's difficult to know who to trust these days with your home and projects... I'm not looking anywhere else. Thanks, Jewell Mechanical and team!!

Quick response even when the system was functional. Repairman (Justin) was very courteous.

We had more than one problem. a leaking commode and a faucet that only ran hot water. Brent McCoy was awesome! I give him and the company he works for 5 stars and will use in the future. Very highly recommend!

On Friday morning, I called for service on hot water tank. Within two hours service man Kent McCoy arrived, diagnosed and corrected the problem and now I have hot water for the weekend. Kent was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional and has put JEWELL MECHANICAL at the top of my list for future repair service needs.

Wow! I am just blown away by the professionalism and helpfulness of this company! Scott came to provide an estimate and he was so thorough in explaining everything and showing me ways they could help with our system and ways we could take care of things on our own as well. Couldn't have been more pleased!!

We recently had Dylan and Scott from Jewell come by to help us after we found our hot water heater leaking (while we were on vacation - it was quite a mess!) Dylan came first (on a weekend!) and helped us think through our options. The guys tried to help us repair it, but it was rusted beyond repair and Scott took time to show us the rusted, broken parts. Both men were friendly, very thoughtful, thorough in their information and worked with us to try and find the best solution (which was a new heater after diving into trying to repair it). Scott installed our new water heater two days later and was also wonderful. We have used other large local companies and will be going back to Jewell again. Jewell's responsiveness and service is outstanding. responsiveness

Dylan was very good!! Knowledgeable, respectful, patient and kind. Would totally recommend the company and especially Dylan.

He was polite and got right to the job, and in no time had the clog removed! He was very professional and did an excellent job in quick time! I would recommend them to anyone!!

Jewell personnel were responsive and found/fixed a gas leak that at least two others missed. Reasonable pricing for the service.
