Ryan and Rigo and crew were out the next DAY after I texted about my patio roof leaks. It had a LOT of leaks. Rigo explained the whole process & why my roof was leaking & what they would do to fix it. They did a good job & completed the work in just a few hours. Subsequently, the next rain revealed a small leak. Notifying Ryan, they came out the Next Day & corrected the problem. I would definitely recommend Got A Guy Roofing based on their efforts.

Ryan called me at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon. By 5:30 that same evening, he had a crew out looking at my roof to determine the problem. After determining the problem, Ryan quoted me a price and as soon as I said yes, had Rigo working on my roof. By 7:30 that same evening, the repair was complete. That evening/the next morning it rained, and I noticed the leak was still there. Ryan texted me the next morning to see how the repair worked and I explained that there was still a leak. Ryan had Rigo out to my house within the hour, and with it actively raining, Rigo was able to determine the source of the leak. Rigo made his repair and when it rained that evening, I was able to see that the leak had been repaired. Ryan gave me a guarantee that if the leak was not properly fixed the first time, he would come back and fix it until the leak was repaired. Ryan stuck to his word and made sure the leak was repaired properly. Also, Ryan is working with my insurance company to ensure that I reimbursed for the cost of the repair. I will definitely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone!

They completely tore away my existing patio rood and rebuilt us a brand new one using quality products, TPO roofing material was used and it is beautiful. Third company that came out to take a look at my roof; Rigo was the only one out of those three that was able to actually find where water was getting in at. Great service

These guys were so accommodating with getting the repairs finished fast and accurate. They completed the job before the rain came in again. We tested it over the weekend and they even came back after the weekend to secure an area we thought needed a little more sealing. Would recommend them to anyone needing a fix for a roof!

They responded really quickly. The crew was punctual and polite. They conducted an inspection with photos. The pricing was fair and work was done quickly. Invoice was emailed with warranty info promptly. I would do business with them again.

Ryan and his team were great!! Came over and got the work done on the same day, just ahead of the rain. Can't say enough good things about this crew. Cleaned out the all the gutters while they were up there to boot!
