Good Time Moving and Storage

They arrived 1.5hrs past my appointment time. They arrived in a truck almost the size of an 18 wheeler to move 2 bedrooms, and got the truck stuck in a ditch which delayed my service for almost 3hrs. I was overcharged, not offered a discount for my inconvenience, and was refused a refund for the overcharged.

They sent out 3 incompetent movers and THEN OVER CHARGED ME!!! I'm fighting the bill with BOA Credit Card. Thanks a lot for nothing Angie's List. You're partially responsible!!

Team of movers were overall good. I did ask them upon arrival to be extremely careful with a curio cabinet that was my deceased mothers. They ended up breaking two glasses in the cabinet. Then slid my gun safe across the floor and scratch the floor. Broke a chunk out of the corner of my portable fireplace. And put a scratch down the front of my dresser. The team leader took pictures to send to the office. No one called me, so I have called twice finally spoke with Angie. After she was supposed to call me back and never did. She says she’s not gonna pay for the scratched floor because I sanded & stained it so the new home buyers could not complain. It fixed so she’s not cove Ring my time & expense to fix that! She says all they can pay me is $75 for all of my other damage. She is very unprofessional, not at all concerned at solving issues. I highly don’t recommend using this company!!! Watch their fine print on estimates!!!

This is the WORST COMPANY, I have ever dealt with. They were VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They were ducking off to be on the phone (while I was being charged for the time). They went to the store and sat in the parking lot (while I was being charged for that time). They broke computer monitors. Did NOT wrap up all items. Drug furniture across the floor. DAMAGED couch. Did NOT move house as I was charged. ALL big items were still in the house after the packed up to leave. This company is NOT TRUSTWORTHY. THEY SAY ONE THING AND DO ANOTHER. I wouldn't recommend this company to MY ENEMY. I WILL MAKE SURE THAT I INFORM EVERYONE THAT I CAN ABOUT THIS COMPANY, THEIR POLICY ON HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS AND THEIR ETHICS. This company is unworthy of any customers at all. They don't know how to treat them. Save your money and time and go with another company! The pictures show what all they left at my old house AS WELL AS THEM BEING ON THEIR PHONES AND NOT DOING WORK WHILE CHARGING BY THE HOUR.

It took them 8 hours to move these items. I was grateful for their help however i dont understand why it took so long using 3 people. I had a coupon taking $100 off my service and was told I would receive my deposit back. This did not happen even after calling them and leaving messages. I would use them again but only for a certain amount of time not an open ended time .

The actual movers on site were great. The administrative and management teams were awful. They continue to steal money from our account. They have now been paid TWICE for an additional amount than what they had quoted us for! I had let them know I was very unhappy but would send the payment anyway. I immediately mailed the payment when I hung up the phone. I sent the check and they KNEW the check was en route and said "ok" but yet they stole money from my bank account that they were NOT authorized to take. They also tried to get money from a different account. I will be filing suit Tuesday morning and filing a complaint with the Attorney General and Secretary of State for corrupt business practices and wire fraud.

It was very smooth, the movers were very diligent and kind.

I really liked them, they kept in contact and let me know what to expect on the day of the move day, they call me ahead of time and it went smoothly, none of the furniture was damaged. You get what you paid for and I really liked the service.

We've been using them many times. Their service was awesome, they're always great, the crews were kind and patient. Next month they will moved 25 resident. They're very cautious, careful and protects your belongings.

They did an excellent job! They were here on time. They had about four guys. They were very polite. And left my place clean. I recommended them to my neighbor who is moving soon.

Terrible!!!! Do NOT USE!!!!

Great! A piece of trim fell off my antique sideboard and I didn't notice it for several weeks. I have not called to see if they have found it but I plan to. They carefully handled everything (the sideboard was over 100 years old and could easily fall apart). I highly recommend this company.

These guys moved A LOT of furniture and boxes from a three-level townhouse to a storage unit on a miserable July day. Except for grabbing a big gulp of Gatorade now and then, they didn't slow down for four hours. Even though they were working fast, they were very careful. Nothing was slammed around, and they recognized what needed to be padded or taped and took care of it. We've used several companies for local moves over the years, and this was really the best experience ever.

The provider had all the necessary equipment - including boxes, to make the move exceptionally smooth. The provider arrived on time and all the employees were very polite and hard working. They loaded and unloaded our stuff with little or no damage. This provider is very reasonably priced compared to the other movers. I'd highly recommend this provider.

Excellent service! These guys were awesome. Very professional, courteous, fast and efficient. I have moved quite a few times over the years and as you all are aware or have experienced, moving is not fun. However, I'm here to tell you that next time you think of moving hire Good Time Moving and Strorage for a hustle free/ flawless move. It's so worth it. They are the best. Thanks guys for a good job well done. I am now convinced that there are good and honest movers out there, thanks to Good Time Moving and Storage.

The crew was on time and took stock of everything.  Very detailed and organized.  I was pleased that they asked questions and assured me that they will take care of my furniture.
