Gnome At Home (Janelle McQuien)

We were transplants to Nashville from Texas hill country and knew absolutely nothing about growing a successful TN-style garden, or anything about shade planting. We had made an offer on a house whose garden I absolutely loved, and one day when we drove by the house and I saw Janelle there, working away. She was working so hard, I assumed she was the home owner...but no, that's just how she treats everyone's gardens - as if they were her own! :) We didn't end up with the house but we did end up with Janelle information and another house in Sylvan Park for her to help us work some gardening magic on. I'm so glad we connected. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about gardens, plants and the best locations/treatements for this or that, she is friendly and so easy to work with. Her enthusiasm for her work is apparent and contagious. I just can't say enough things about her. Whether you are an experienced garden, or a newbie, you will be glad you called her.
