Founded in 2008 by Seth Argo, The Focus Group has built a seasoned team of partner consultants allowing us to offer a turnkey opportunity to homebuyers looking for a new custom home in the most desirable locations. We serve as a general contractor and custom luxury home builder. Our strategy is simple… Better quality at a competitive price wins. We spend an extraordinary amount of time focused on design and functionality of the homes we build. We also provide a higher level of finishes and an acute attention to detail than what is typically provided in our price point. We never want to lose a sale because we didn’t spend enough time on the little things that make a house great. We use our knowledge and expertise to find opportunities where others cannot. Our typical build is 3,000 to 3,800 square feet which can accommodate both growing families and downsizers while allowing us to remain in a price point that is achievable for a large portion of the buyers in our market.
