I was warmly greeted upon entering the salon. I was immediately offered something to drink while I filled out my information form - since I was a new customer. My stylist John Sherlock was on time which, in my experience, is rare for a hair stylist. He was very attentive to my needs and thoughts. He listened to my desires and shared his thoughts when I asked for his input. John took his time to get the color right. He did not work on other clients while also working on my hair which made me feel better about the price tag. John was friendly but not a gossip. He took great care in cutting my hair in a way that looks good, is stylish and easy to fix myself. He gave me information about the products he used on my hair but only when I asked about them. He did not make me feel like I had to purchase additional products to get the look I wanted with my hair.
