awful. Would never use again. Some of the furniture was somewhat damaged (antique french desk) which I now need to find and pay for refurbishing services. 6 hours late on delivery day, and already 1 day delayed due to flooding in the area. Never followed up on their customer service or my satisfaction. Not worth the expenses at all.
