The fellows arrived promptly and were hard at work removing my old windows and installing the new ones when I realized they had constructed the windows with white trim inside and out when I had ordered white inside and cream outside to match other windows and other condos.  So everything had to be removed and the old windows re-installed.  Another few weeks went by and they returned to finish the job.  They truly matched the outside green trim around the windows and even the caulking matched the green.  This was done a few years ago so I have had time to see if they leaked (they don't) or if there are any other problems (there weren't) so I've been happy with the job.

They said 6 weeks it took 9. Door came with scratch which i fixed so the job could be completed sooner. Left 3" metal shavings in yard.

They arrived promptly.  They did what they said they were going to do when they were suppose to do it.  Shortly after they had installed the new windows and doors I had someone out to mow my lawn and a rock was kicked up and into the door which broke.  I contacted Champion and they came out and got it replaced fairly quickly, but they had to wait for the new door to come in from the manufacturer which they told me upfront.

They did a great job in installing them. The salesman came out originally to measure and was really nice. They ordered it and it came in on time. The door looks great and I would highly recommend them.

The roof is exactly as we hoped! Good quality materials and provides fantastic shade for much more enjoyment on our deck (which previously received afternoon sun)!!  The salesman was very knowledgeable and courteous. The man who came to take measurements was very professional. And the man who came to install did a great job. My only complaint is that initially the installation was scheduled for a day when we would not be home. So we discussed in great detail about leaving our fence unlocked, but that they would need to be especially careful not to allow our dog to get out of the gate while they were bringing supplies into the backyard. I was assured that they had handled this type of situation before and would take great care to not allow our dog out of the backyard. I ended up rescheduling the installation for a day when I would be home (thank goodness!). While the installation guy did a great job, I was extremely surprised to see that he was by himself because there is absolutely NO way that he could have, by himself, hauled all of their equipment into the backyard while also ensuring that our dog didn't get out of the open fence gate. So I felt like I had been given reassurances that were not possible and we could have lost our dog that day if I hadn't been there. On a positive note, 3 months after the installation, I called to ask how much it would be to move or add an additional drain spout to the opposite corner of the deck. We had discovered, after several rains, that the water collected under our deck stairs and never dried (due to the shade from the roof and slope of our yard) - whereas, if the drain were on the other corner, the rainwater would follow the slope of our yard toward a sewer grate/drain. They came out & installed a new drain pipe/spout and closed up the old one for NO additional charge!! Our yard dries so much faster after a rain shower now!

They did a great job, they have replaced other windows.  they offer a lifetime warranty and actually back it up which they did for a woman in another section after the flod of 2010 here in Nashville

They were straight forward with us. They did everything that said they would and completed in just over a day. They were very professioanl while on the job.

Very professional from the start. Explained the work in detail. Windows came in when promised. They were installed over the course of 2 days. The installers were very good and cleaned up all of their mess. The workmanship was great. They answered all questions that I had. I never saw them even take a break, they were always working. I found a small tear in one of the screens a couple of days after installation. I called Champion and they came out 2 days later and re-screened it. Very nice people to do business with. The employees seem to love their job and working for Champion.

The salesperson was awful. He was like the stereotypical used car salesperson doing whatever he could to get us to leave the store with windows. We were just looking for information and a quote but he was bound and determined to make the sale. I told him we were also looking at wood windows (Champion doesn't sell wood windows) to which he replied "You don't want wood windows". He went through his well rehearsed sales pitch and it wasn't easy getting out of there. I brought in the sizes of our windows and asked for a quote. He asked us if there was any chance we would purchase the windows today. I told him no and he said he'd rather come to our house to quote the windows. He even said we could get a better deal by working up a quote in the store. So basically if we bought the windows right then and there, they could write up a quote otherwise he'd have to come to our house. There was no way he was stepping a foot in our house because we'd have to drag him out. We took his business card and left. Needless to say, we went with another window company.

Nothing went smooth from start to finish. They were over 4 hours late with no call. After they installed the picture window I called the county to make an appointment to have the building inspector look at it . Guess what? They tried to save a buck and never applied for a permit! They had to get a permit (DUH) they had to tear it all out so the building inspector could inspect their framework(window was 9 ftx5ft). Then the window had a leak in it and condensation formation inside, they reordered it, reinstalled it. They had to reorder it and reinstall it 4X!! This picture window took over a YEAR to complete. Fingerprints between glass, they forgot it needed to be tempered, fish eyes in the film, dirt grease dust between panes, you name it.. If you have time to waste this is the company for you! All the rest of the windows in the house they first ordered the WRONG SIZE! Then the installation was a cauking nightmare. One guys work was good but the other guy was TERRIBLE, and he was the foreman! The windows themselves are not bad, its the service and faulty installation. Can you say HEADACHE?

The quote was relatively high. The guy was really detailed in what he would give us, but he stayed a little longer than anticipated. We didn't really want to go that late.

They were very professional. Everything about it was well done. The windows look great and we couldn't be more pleased. We would highly recommend them.

I thought that the company did great job because when we had a small problem they came right back that same day and corrected the situation. They were so personable and friendly. They price seemed reasonable and we were satisfied with the work that was done.

After receiving three bids, we ordered the window, it was put in on time, but leaked air. We asked for it to be fixed; took 4 months for a part to come in and 4 phone calls to follow up and get it fixed; and it still leaks.

Were very pleased with the windows that were installed. We didn't have any issues with Champion Windows, and they really stand behind their work with guarantees. They also have a very friendly staff.

Champion Windows Siding was very professional. They were prompt and finished according to schedule. They did everything they were supposed to and to our satisfaction.

Champion came in and did a great job. They were hassle free and said they would do the job for me without my husband being there. I would recommend them to others.

Champion Windows has a very polite staff and usually very efficient. I have used them in the past and have been very satisfied. This last job, I found them to be not as professional and on top of things as they normally are.
