I found this vendor on Angie's List.  Thank you Angies List!  Very pleased with professionalism and going above and beyond to get the job done.  Even though it was not part of his services, Rick arranged for a vendor to replace the ductwork.  Would definitely use them again.

First ,I'd done my home work on watching YouTube ,how to diy and methods and ways. Must have entertained 8 contractors and understood there methods and most all wanted to use the flex draining pipe with peanut packing foam with wrapping. B-dry was the most expensive,but the best, within several weeks my crawl space was dry,about eight week later Daniel and crew came back and laid the poly. Absolutely,no problems with crew ,service,job from start to finish. Special thanks to Patrick,crew supervisor, out standing job ,making things happen B-Bry plus x10.

I bid this work with many contractors as I was in denial that I needed to put serious money into our crawl space. Rich came out and explained his system and why we should have it over any other systems. He was very professional and explained the follow-up care they provide after the crawl space had dried out. Their system, his professionalism and promptness sold me on B-Dry doing this work. I had lower bids but was more comfortable with them doing the work.  I was not disappointed as I was home during the installation and expected a "rough crew" that would do this kind of hard work.  The crew was surprisingly accommodating and cheerful which is always a plus.  This crew did an admirable job and I was very happy with the entire process. 

Rich came back approximately 2 months later and said the space was dry and that his crew would return and install the plastic sheeting over the entire area.  Again the crew arrived promptly and cheerful and did an excellent job on work that will not be readily seen. 

If you want to save some bucks and possibly take a chance with someone else, check with others and see who big the price difference is.

If you want a successful project done stress free, you've found them.  I wish I could find more contractors like them!

Very professional. Rich is who I dealt with for the most part. Owner of the company. I Had water intrusion in crawl space. They installed French drain system in crawlspace, with 2 sump pumps to get water out. Took awhile to dry out, but did completely. Still had humidity issues, which Rich pointed out, could still be a problem after French drain was installed. A year or so later, they installed a dehumidifier in crawl space, which solved humidity issues. Might still encapsulate to keep my dehumidifier from running most of the time, during the summer months. They were not the cheapest, but I felt more comfortable with them than any of the other company's I met with.

They jack hammered through concrete floor arounf foundation and installed piping connected to a sump pump.  Basement has been dry ever since.

So far its been working when it rains. The crew that came was really nice and helpful. The only minor issue I had was that I wish they would have called to follow up after the job was complete to make sure everything was working correctly.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with B-Dry. We are very thankful we went with this company.  They are honest, and committed to providing quality service, at a reasonable price.  They met and exceeded all of our expectations.

Our problem was a large, unfinished, concrete floored basement that was flooding with ground water during every rain.  We did not know anything about waterproofing, so we did our homework before obtaining several estimates from reputable companies. What stood out immediately about B-Dry, was the knowledge and genuineness of Tim, the project manager, who came to estimate the repair.  He evaluated the basement, explained what was needed, answered all of my questions, and provided information on B-Dry systems, processes, and warranty.  Unlike his competitors, Tim never spoke negatively of other waterproofing companies, never tried to complicate the our issue, and didn't try to sell me unneeded services, even when I asked about an additional option another company had recommended.  Although I did not commit at that time, when he left, I knew this was the company for us.

I contacted Tim with my decision.  He was able to schedule our repair immediately, and assured me that he would be onsite to supervise the work.  I contacted him several times between the confirmation and scheduled appointment, with questions.  Each time he was quick to respond, very helpful, and friendly.  He proved to be a man of his word regarding every aspect of my repair, which was extensive, and took 6 days to complete.

The B-Dry crew consisted of Tim, Daniel, Cedric and Luke.  All of these men were friendly, respectful, and hard working.  They made sure my belongings were protected with plastic.  At the end of each day, they put all of their stuff neatly to the side, and cleaned up any messes, taking pains to ensure the safety and well being of my family.  I was kept informed throughout the entire process, and they took time to explain anything that I questioned, making sure the repairs were done to my satisfaction. When the job required an extra day due to the unusually large amount of water under the slab, they never balked at working on Saturday to complete the repair.  They showed up early, with great attitudes, and made sure the job was done right.  I wish more companies exhibited the kind of work ethic, I saw on display during my repair.  It's a rare find these days.

Our experience was a positive one from beginning to end.  We are extremely happy.  The system is working beautifully, and we have great peace of mind knowing our basement is protected, and warrantied by B-Dry against flooding.  I would highly recommend and refer them to anyone.

I really did not want to have this work done as it was so expensive but it was necessary as our crawlspace was "a mud pit"- I gave an A in price because they were less than a quote from a top competitor.   As painful as paying that money was, the whole experience was great, from the sales rep to the installers.   They all went above and beyond to answer my questions and to do the work correctly.  I know they will stand behind their work over time should we need to contact them.

The service turned out great.

I felt like the work that they did was good. The only problem was that I wish their clean up was better. I feel like the actual work was done in a competent way. When I told them about the clean up, they came out and cleaned up more, so they followed up on that. I didn't have to call them back, because I was there when they were finishing up the job. The best part was that they  were dependable, I could communicate with the person doing the work, and the communication was good. I didn't have any problems with it later on. They were responsive.

I expected a good job and that is exactly what I got.  
What really impressed me the most is B-Dry's service after the sale.  I recently had some problems with tile flooring in my kitchen and I asked B-Dry to come and check the floor supports to see if they could possibly have anything to do with my tile problems. Consultant, Chip Bertram was quick to respond and was at my house in just a few days.  He was very helpful. (Since then, it has been determined that my tile problem is due to improper tile installation,  I wish I would have picked my tile installer of of Angie's List).

We are extremely pleased and would definitely recommend them to anyone. We first spoke with Mr. Tierney. He was professional, prompt and very informative. We chose to have several companies come out to look at our problem before we made a big investment. All the companies were highly rated on the BBB and even some on Angie's list. But this company excelled them all. They never tried to sell us more or complicate any issue. They were honest and they helped us to prioritize what really needed to be done. Patrick and his crew were terrific. Their price was also very reasonable for the work needed to be done. We are so happy that we chose them, and now our crawl space is dry.

Hopefully, it is fixed. Really will not know until this summer when it gets hot and very humid.

The one that I found through you was B-Dry Waterproofing and Foundation Repair.  Exceptionally well!!  If I could give "A+" I would.  They did what they said they would do.  They were reasonable for price.  Extremely courteous workers which I didn’t necessarily expect sometimes the people obey but the workers they kept me appraise of everything as they did it and the guarantee is good.  I have had to call them once about two months afterwards because I was having problems with some pumps and they were out within a day.  They dug a French drain.  There was no room on the outside of the house they have to dig it and I saw short crawl space around the edges of it and then they installed two sump pumps at the deep ends of the house.  That was last year.  The approximate cost of service I think it was around $7,000.

excellent - everyone was very nice and professional.  I would definitely use them again.
