Nathan and Don were at our home this morning to investigate a potential problem with the gutters or roof. They performed a thorough inspection and found the issue was roof issues. I thought they were only here to inspect and assess, but they went ahead and made the repairs too, spending 2 hours of their time that I am sure was not planned. I am very happy that I called All Phase Exteriors to inspect and make repairs for us and that Nathan and Don completed the repair work for us. Fast and on time.. a bit over priced but you pay for promptness I guess.

The quality of installation was good. The only complaint was they left old gutter screws on patio and drive way which could easily be picked up by car tires. The other issue I had to pay half of installion price to get them to take my order, which was almost a month wait for installation. First time experience!

One whole gutter was missed. Trash from the gutters were thrown in the yard and neighbors yard. A seam from the carport cover was bent. Was not impressed with this service at all. I could have done a better job but not able to actually do the job due to limitations

We had a little problem scheduling the initial measurement for the quote but after that, everything went smoothly.

The Workers arrived on time as scheduled and did the work quickly and did a good job.

They were able to schedule the install quickly and from what I've seen did a good job. I will have a better impression after it rains next week.
