The germen cockroaches have come in and the mice were there before All American Pest Control Inc had come to help.  I feel those that have been on the inside were brought in or there previously.  I don’t feel that anything has surpassed the exterior spray.  They are always very nice.  I haven’t used a lot of pest control companies, but I really appreciate that when possible they try to be environmentally friendly.

I spent about $70 for their last service. They are prompt, friendly and willing to discuss issues with you. They have a special termite prevention program that is unique and better than the others. Their price is average.

That particular treatment was pretty expensive because of the nature of what it was but they worked with me and gave me some advice on ways to approach it to maybe save me some money so I didn't have to spend the full amount. The price wasn't excessive. I definitely didn't feel like they were strong-arming me or trying to push me into the more expensive alternative, which I liked. I would absolutely use them again.

Pros: The employee was very friendly. He provided explanations on what he was doing and why he was doing it. He even provided advice on how to handle specific bugs and insects.

Cons: I have noticed ZERO difference in the amount bugs and insects that we are seeing in our home. In fact, it is almost as though there are more than when he sprayed. We have also noticed that their are baby crickets in many of our rooms and their are definitely more spiders. I'm not sure what exactly the $95 got us. When the employee came to spray he made no comment about our home being susceptible to bugs or that there were holes that we needed to cover up, so I find it strange that the treatment hasn't made a difference.

If I had to do it over again, I would without a doubt spray myself or hire another company. Whatever they use doesn't appear to be working at all in our home.

Representative was EXTREMELY nice and very considerate of the fact that he was in my home.  Always asked if he could open a door or cabinet and put booties on each time he entered the house.   I also like the fact that this company has the same representative service your home wiht the quarterly treatment program.  Price was competitive if not less than other companies who didn't seem to have the same view towards customer service.

The woman who comes leaves invoices in the mailbox and does a great job.

The technicians were extremely professional: knowledgeable, friendly, well-groomed, patient, etc. They did their work and left -- no problems! We haven't seen anymore pests.

The representative was professional and answered all my questions. He was a bit pushy on selling the service to me. I think they would have done a good job but the termite annual cost was high compared to the spray treatment and I didn't feel comfortable telling him I had to think about the service. He also suggested calling me but I told him I'd get a hold of him.

The gentlemen that come to the home were very professional and did a nice job. The termite inspector did not show up on his scheduled date, and we did not receive a phone call or any notification that he would not be coming. He did come at a later date and complete the inspection for us. We will use this company again in the future.

Specifically, we'd been having trouble with ants & spiders. The technician had a good understanding of the various bug problems of our areas & felt confident about reducing the pest population. They will be back quarterly to maintain an outside/perimeter spraying to control pests, but they will also return free of charge to address any issues that we feel need addressing.

RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. She explained the service fully. EACH PERSON IS ASSIGNED THE SAME PERSON EVERY TIME. STEVE CAME OUT TO MY HOME. HE ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME. EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE WAS DOING. Was very careful about placement of the poison because I have dogs. He left interesting reading material. I chose the on-going service. I highly recommend this company.

They are wonderful. I feel comfortable and safe knowing they sprayed.

I have a Centricon System and they do the maintenance, I think they do a wonderful job! They are just great!!!! They will work with you with in your budget which means a lot to mean, very friendly and hardworking.
