Description of Work: I had a problem with water seeping into the crawl space under my house. These guys came out and in one day put in a French Drain that was far beyond anything I had even hoped for in terms of quality and completeness. I was especially impressed when they provided digital pictures of the project in stages showing heavy duty plastic sheeting installed to shield the house which would be covered with dirt. It left no question as to what was done and gives me a good feeling about the quality of the project.

Description of Work: I got this name from Angie's List and have called 3 times to try and get them to come inspect our property. They have never even returned my call, even to say they are too busy. This speaks to their dependability.

Jeremy drove 45 minutes from Nashville to access a possible mold damage issue in an exterior living room wall in our home. He found there was no mold, but when I told him there was water damage in front of my sliding glass door which was next to the window where we thought there was problem. He took a look at that issue and showed me how I can fix it myself. He checked the entire perimeter of the back sliding glass door and the window nearby where we thought we could smell mold. He also checked my air vent where I could smell the moisture where he detected all kinds of garbage in our ducts. At this point he recommended to call several companies that could come out and clean out our ducts. He advised me to call 3 companies to get estimates from each and go with the best one. He wished me a pleasant day. Wow! What a kind person to go above and beyond in this way? He didn't charge me a penny.
