Southern Style Roof & Home Exterior

Southern Style recently handled a window and patio door replacement for me. Brandi was always responsive, kept me informed on timing, and checked in regularly as the work was being done. I am extremely pleased with the work and would definitely use Southern Style again.

They were willing to handle dealing with insurance and made sure we got everything that we were entitled to and did a fabulous job!!

Brandi, with Southern Style Roof, was exceptionally helpful and trustworthy! Brandi was quick to respond to my phone call regarding a leak in my roof by coming out the same day to inspect the roof and immediately placed a tarp on the leaking area to prevent further damage. Brandi managed everything from the: insurance company, inspector, claims, and roofing company. Brandi was great with continuous communication and walking us through the process and progress with each step... and she walked our property to make sure that it was free of debris and roofing nails. This was the easiest and best experience that I have had with replacing a roof and working with the insurance company. Brandi took care of everything for us and did a great job!

Perfect from start to finish. It was a seamless process. They took care of every detail including contacting my insurance company & scheduling a claims adjuster to inspect the roof. Very pleased. Highly recommend!

They climbed on the roof and upon inspection, discovered numerous areas of damage and loose shingles.

Brandi was amazing to work with. After a recent storm caused damage to my roof and privacy fence, Brandi responded within an hour of first contact. She fought for our interest when our insurance adjuster left a lot to be desired. When the roof was installed, Brandi's crew not only did a great job with the installation but they did an amazing job with cleanup. I will gladly recommend her to anyone. Work done was good and prompt. Replacement shingles did not match exactly but that was explained well. I would've preferred an estimate with exact breakdown of materials instead of all being lumped together with labor. And I expected a return call the same day when I called to question the final bill that was different from the estimate.

Sharp, reliable, honest, dedicated, prompt, a go-getter, knows ‘her stuff’… don’t know any professional attribute that doesn’t pertain to Brandi @ Southern Style Roof. We were dreading the process of getting a new roof on our home; but, she made it ‘hassle free’… this lady handles it ALL, from start to finish. It is without any reservations that we highly recommend Brandi… she is amazing! Oh, did I say… “we love our new roof!”

Everything went great! Prompt and great customer service! I would use and recommend to anyone! Brandi, owner, worked with my insurance company and I didn't have to go through all the hassle. After roof was installed, Brandi made roofers come back and redo one area, because it wasn't to her liking. She could've let it go, but she didn't. She cares about her work and the customer.

If you're not using southern style roof, you're doing it wrong. From day 1 Brandi was the only person that answered her phone, and made my home her #1 priority. She came over immediately when I told her I had a leak and tarped the roof while it was raining before I even agreed to use them just to make sure it wouldn't get any worse. She never passed me off to a contractor and was here from start to finish explaining insurance claims and reviewing a previous one for errors and found several. She extensively checked every shingle for damage marking spots and taking pictures to show me that it wasn't just one spot. She's handled everything and has communicated in a way I would understand even after business hours. Always on time, under promised and over delivered. The roofers are clean, respectful and excellent at what they do. If you're going to file a claim make sure you work with her and not your insurance adjuster, she works for you when the adjuster works to save their company money. Can't sing her praises high enough.

Great experience Brandi worked with my Insurance company and made it possible to get the best work done and paid for through my homeowners insurance. I did not realize that there was a person like Brandi out there. She made this experience so much better and I am so thankful to have had her experience and help.
