Service By The Yard Landscaping and Home Maintenan

I purchased two lawn services through Groupon. I requested the service as instructed via email. The owner emailed me back within a few hours asking for specific details regarding my lawn (i.e. fence, pets, etc.). I emailed him right back with all the answers. I didn't hear back again to find out when they were scheduled to come out and do the work on my yard. I came home from work the next day and the lawn was mowed, the landscape beds were trimmed and the fence was trimmed. There were areas where the grass looked very uneven, like the mower had missed sections of the grass. I called the owner, Kevin and left him a message on his voicemail with my concerns. He happened to be in the area so he just stopped by. I walked him around the property and showed him my concerns. He said he didn't see any issues and felt I was being "too picky". I said I wasn't trying to be picky, i was just trying to understand why there was such an uneveness in some spots. He then proceeded to say, "Well, it obvious I'm not going to keep you as a customer and I don't think there is a problem, so I can't really help you out." I told him that he made the effort to come back out to address the issue, now he's insulted me and won't address the issue...so yes, he's lost me as a customer. He then proceed to try to argue with me about the fact that he went above & beyond for that type of job. He said he only made $8.00 off of this job through the Groupon process and that it just wasn't worth it. I reminded him that the Groupon process is there to help build their client base and that they're not going to build it if they treat everyone like they did me.  He then explained that his equipment is too big to cut my Bermuda grass the way I want it. I told him he should have said that in the first place instead of trying to insult me. 
Overall, the trimming around the fence and landscape beds was excellent and the response time was excellent, but I will NEVER use them again, not even for the 2nd mowing that they owe me from the Groupon.  Kevin crossed the line when he spoke to me the way he did. I would recommend that anyone else spend their money with a company that's going to do a good job and give great service in the process.
