QUALITY HEATING & AIR LLC

The people doing work are good. The lady Juliet is very unprofessional!!She is nasty and when held accountable she attempted to cause discord with rental company. She has a horrible attitude,poor communication skills, and had I been the one approving their work would've went else where bcs of her. She must be a family member bcs I've reviewed others review submitted and many people complain. She is the one who answers text, emails, and calls and isn't good at her job. I really believe if she was thy customer she would not accept the treatment she gives. Just bcs the rental company paid her techs I don't think she cares that the renter pays RENT and so the bill!!!!!!

Chad has been very friendly and responsive every time we call. His rates are fair and his work is superb. I would certainly recommend Quality heating and air to any of my friends.

They always fix the problem but then something else comes up and they have to come back. Their work is okay and I have no problem with it, they fix what they come out to fix. They were here 30minutes and charged over 200$. They do the work but their cost is high. They are professional and respectable.

Technician was a little late but office called to let me know he would be. He was friendly and efficient. I could tell he had been prompted by his company to sell their maintenance plan. I listened politely but declined. Company had primed me for the fact that they charge a $79 service charge no matter what they find. I had no problem with that though the technician was there less than 30 minutes ($160 per hour). What I did find insulting was that they charged $157 for the capacitor that I can buy anywhere for less than $40.  Because of this one fact. I would not recommend this company nor will I use them again. 

Technician did not come back inside the house once he changed the capacitor o insure that AC was cooling. Though it was, he should have checked.

The installer was quick, knew what to do and not do, and cleaned his mess up when finished.

Everyone involved with this company was fantastic. Furnace was replaced within a couple of days (no more space heaters!) and works great. (We still have a little issue with my crossover that Chad is checking on for me, but that has nothing to do with him or his company.) I would use them again... as a matter of fact, I will never use any other company... and recommend them VERY highly!

As always, great service. They show up on the time and day they said they would show up. I've been having them do our seasonal tune up of our Heating/AC unit now for the past 2 years and I have had them do other replacements on my unit and they are always up front and answer any questions I may have. They are a local company and I would definitely use them again.

This guy is unbelievable, he forgot to service one of our air conditioners so we called him and he came right back. He even offered to come back after hours. I am very happy with them and highly recommend Quality Heating & Air Conditioning.
