Miller Service Company Inc

The company is an excellent company and would recommend the company to everybody.

I’ve used Miller’s Heating and Air. I’ve used them for years. I’ve known the owner since I was a child. They may not want to be on there. The Miller Service Company Incorporated. They do more commercial work now. They just put in a new unit for me about 2 months ago. They were very responsive. I called them to check my unit, there were here with a new unit that afternoon, putting it in. They are very punctual. They tell you they are going to be here, they are going to be here.  They are very professional, every one of them, even the young guys that work with them, very kind and respectful. They are punctual. They are professional. They did the job. For instance, a number of years ago, I was in Europe and I had cats at that time. I had my friend’s daughter here taking care of my cats while I was in Europe. While I was in Europe, my unit went out. My friend came over and found their number in my rolodex and called them. They recalled that I had cats. They said would be over in 2 hours and I was in Europe and they came over and took care of it. That’s a pretty good company, don’t you think. I’ve used them ever since I lived here. The company is an excellent company and would recommend the company to everybody.

It's working fine but there's a dent on the lower section. Some of the workers were just learning how to install this unit.

On time, professional and accurate billing. Without a doubt, a top quality company all the way from the front office people to the installers.

Mr. Miller came to my home to provide a quote and was the only one of three contractors who entered the crawl space to investigate the existing duct work. After I told Mr. Miller my primary concerns, he gave me some options and told me his opinion about why I probably didn't need the most efficient unit available to me (it would take many years to recoup in energy savings what I would spend to move to a higher efficiency unit).

The installation crew arrived when they said they would and were courteous and neat. The person who installed the new indoor thermostat asked for a broom to clean up after himself. 

 The few times I spoke with the office manager, she was very responsive. A neighbor and coworker recommended Miller, and I would feel confident hiring them again.
