Their products are really well made.  Joe Martin who owns the company goes personally goes out and sees at their various locations.  They also have smaller independent furniture makers that they get furniture from.  But they are all really well made and he knows the furniture really well.  They answer any questions you have and if he really does not have a piece on the floor they would help you find something else that would meet your needs.  We actually purchased furniture from there when they had their Off Sales and so we were able to get some good deals.  Most of their furniture are hand crafted and well built.  The owner is a really person.  Price wise they are definitely more expensive.
