I use this service, but I don't feel that they do a through checking of filters or topping off of fluids.

I've got an old car. It had a lot of dirt in the engine; also the car was not running great. I got the car repaired many times earlier, this time however, I decided to change the torque in the radiator, as advised by these guys. Yup, the ole lady's running much better now. Good recommendation, guys.
