It finally came time to replace my 16yr old R22 system after a really close lightening strike and a really bad power surge. After all the bids came in I decided to go with Icon. Not only because they came in under their competitions bids but, from the start Jose just gave me a feeling that I was going to get great service from Icon. Boy, was I right! The next morning, Jose and Chris were on the job tearing out my old unit and getting the new one in. They worked tirelessly until 5:30pm to get the air back on so my family could finally sleep in comfort after a week in the upper 80s with no air. I didnt expect that kinda service, they didnt take breaks they were neat and tidy, and I knew they had to be getting wore out but that didnt stop them from getting my air back on. In all, I couldnt be happier with the service I received from Icon and Im sure you wont be either. Their honest fair prices, their courteous technicians and their customer commitment is exceptional!

I really enjoyed my experience with Icon. They were the only ones to follow up with me to ensure if I was interested. Jose, was very patient, personable, professional and honest. I appreciate the time he spent to ensure my questions were answered. I felt at ease with him and didn't feel like he was rushing. He called before arriving at the house. He didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need, but did provide information on different items that may interest me or that I should be aware of. I will be calling on them again for my AC/Heating needs and will be referring others to them. I advise you to do the same.

I had an incredibly old AC unit that was overdue for replace. In the beginning of the summer, I was on my second outage and desperate for a long-term solution. I contacted Icon and they came the same day to conduct the assessment and give me a quote. Lucky for me, he was able to do the installation the next day. Of all the vendors I contacted, Icon gave the best price with stellar customer service as an added bonus. I couldn t recommend them more highly!
