These repairs were requested by me, but handled by our property manager, Krenzer Property Management, Inc., and Jim Beelaert of Creative Contracting, Inc. The pictures I received from Jim to verify the progress and ultimately the completion indicated that the jobs had been completed very well.

They helped repair water damage near the french doors, and laid a kitchen floor. They also touched up the kitchen cabinets and stabilized some stairs. He also replaced a basement outside door. My impression is that this is a go-to guy and he will tackle any project.
