Cindy first watched my two cats for a week in July 2008. She was recommended to me by the head of a local cat adoption agency. I've hired Cindy several times since. She's tremendously flexible, responsive and communicative. The first time she worked with me, I was out of the country. My home alarm went off several times, and no one could figure out why. When I returned, we surmised that it was because I'd left a chair too close to the motion detector and the cats were triggering it. In the meantime, since I didn't realize that I hadn't given Cindy the correct password for the security company (and since I was out of the country and couldn't be reached), she turned off the alarm so the Memphis Police wouldn't fine me. Since the alarm was off, she checked on the house several times a day to make sure all was well. And I returned to find all was well and my cats well fed & happy.
