Mr. Rooter did not charge me for their visit!
Very good news that I was not charged!!!
I was told the problem was a gasket that needed to be replaced that would cost $26. I thought the price sounded low but did not comment. When finished I provided a credit card for payment but still was not told the total would be $228 - not the $26 mentioned earlier.
Although the total amount is not large, i would like to have been told ahead of time that it would cost $228 for this quick service call - no the $26 amount I was told. This complaint is more about communication that the amount of the bill or quality of service.
