They gave me an estimate without ever coming out. They overcharged me because it was the insurance paying the bill. When I called their office, the owner wouldn't call me back directly. His secratery was very short and curt. He slanted his level to make it appear level. I had to make them put the level on the floor to make sure the floor was level.
