Mr. Lugo picked up and delivered the chairs to our home. They were completed weeks before I expected them back. I had selected two different fabrics for the front and back of the chair and he lined up the patterns perfectly and even lined up the covered cording directly to the pattern. I selected Raul based on his previous Angie's List reviews and he is absolutely a professional, I would recommend him to others immediately and I will definitely use him for any future projects, you will be very pleased with his service and customer focus.

He was careful to spell out in writing all of what I wanted and didn't want, what he would do and the approximate time it would take. Also quoted a price which was what the final charge was (plus tax). I had purchased a fabric with a geometric pattern. He recovered my wing back chair. He lined up the geometric pattern perfectly and did a good job on the cording using the same fabric.

Mr. Lugo did beautiful work on the chairs and the ottomans. I chose the fabric at Premier Fabrics which he recommended and although the fabric was a little more than I wanted to pay for the chairs turned out great and I couldn't be happier. He finished the job ahead of schedule by about a week and dropped off the chairs and ottomans this past Saturday. He told me that if I wanted to pick up a couple of yards more of the same fabric he would make me covers for the front of the chairs as I have two dogs that like to rub up against the furniture at times and this way they would be protected. I highly recommend him and know that he will do a wonderful job for you.

His workshop is behind his house in a garage/building. I needed my seats back in 7 days for the holiday weekend, and he said he would work overtime to get it done. Seats were completed in 5 days and looked great.

I called Mr. Lugo because of his high rating on Amgie's List. Mr. Lugo is a professional in every sense of the word. He responded to my initial inquiry immediately. He asked if I could send a photo of the furniture, which I did. He suggested two fabric shops where the prices were half of what I would have paid where I intended to go, plus the options were endless and the quality was top notch. From the photo I sent to him, he told me how much fabric to buy. Mr. Lugo picked up my furniture when he said he would, three days later. He was a joy to meet -- so polite and helpful. He obviously loves his work. In our short visit, I learned that he does most of his work for designers, but that he always enjoys meeting families and working for them. He told me that he would complete the project in about three weeks, which he did. He sent me a photo when the furniture was almost completed, just to let me know how it was going. On the scheduled date of delivery, it was raining very hard all day. He called to say he didn't want the furniture to get wet, so he would deliver the following day, which he did. The chair and ottoman are just beautiful. He matched the pattern in the seams, and he carefully placed the same design in the center of each pleat on the skirted sections. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process and with the outcome.

We used Mr. Lugo's Upholstery for our reupholster project. Mr. Raul was very professional, friendly and a joy to work with. He quoted a price for our 6 dining room chairs and time for completion. We selected and purchased the fabric and he did the upholstering. I checked 2 others companies in the area and his price was the most reasonable. He required no deposit ; only payment in full at the completion of the job. We were very pleased with his work and would definitely use his service again.

Lugo Upholstery had a gentleman do the work. He was excellent. Everything turned out just beautiful. He had to be the best in his line of business. He said he would have them done in four to six weeks and he had them back to me in four weeks time. I had bought my own fabric so the cost was for the labor only, but they were all completely refurbished and better that I could have hoped for.
