We had a really great price for the system and installation through this company. We were very pleased with how well we were treated by the workers. Everything went off without a hitch. They ran into no problems with the installation. They made sure everything was working properly. They answered all of our questions very professionally. We have not had any problems with the new system.

The serviceman was very nice. I did have to take time off from work for both the initial inspection of the furnace and then the next week for the installation. The cost listed of $600 was our cost because our home owners insurance policy covered the rest of it.

It took two visits to make the repair because they didn't have the Kohler parts my shower needed. This wasn't a surprise because Kohler spare parts are not readily available. When the plumber came back it took some work to get the shower valve reassembled, but he got it tested and working in the end.

Jeff, the lead man on the job, was excellent. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and polite. He provided a crew of between 2-4 men who were punctual, courteous, respectful of me working in my home office by keeping the noise level low, and above all, knowledgeable of the products they were installing. While the cost may seem high to some, we opted for a product that was extremely energy efficient and also had a humidifier as well as some other options for allergen control. I would highly recommend Greenway for your HVAC needs.

We had a lot of problems with our air conditioner that wouldnt cool well and would have the whole hose smelling weird. They have done a very good job by repairing my air conditioner. Now it is in a good condition. Its a very good company.

This company stayed at our home until eight o'clock at night, and I was very pleased with the work. They did not have to stay that long but they are, so dedicated to pleasing the customers. I would recommend this company to anyone because they do a great job. The prices are very reasonable as well.

I liked using them because they did great work of putting in my bathroom sink which I know was a hard job because they had to do a lot of custom cutting and they did it perfectly. They cleaned up after themselves very well and I also got a big discount because they were hired through my service contract.

They took a long time to complete the work but they made sure to complete the job well. I am not very impressed with this company but I have been using them for years so I know that they are trustworthy enough to work on my appliances. They are friendly and overall I would say they do an okay job.

The pipeline from the bathroom upstairs needed to be replaced. The first guy from this company did an awful job. We had to call another person from his company, who repaired it again, this time for free. Now it's fine. But I will not use this company again.

At first, they were nice and prompt the first year. Now they can't keep appointments and DO NOT LISTEN to their clients wishes. Horrible at follow up calls.

They did what they had to do and did not waste any time. They were on time and were very friendly while arriving at our home, and also when they were actually doing the work. This company was great! They did not waste time coming to our home they were very prompt and friendly people all around. I was pleased with the quality of work and the way that the workers made sure that I understood exactly what was wrong so that I would feel comfortable with their work.

I have never had a problem with the air and I think that has a lot to do with the maintenance keep up. I have them come twice a year rather than just once to make sure things are going to go good when I need them to. The guy that comes out always does a great job.

Greenway only comes as needed, not on a annual basis. It took only took an hour to fix our air conditioning. They seemed quite competent since they knew exactly what was wrong and it apparently was a simple fix.

I have had a terrible experience because the came out and told me it was my air ducts that needed cleaned out when that was not the problem at all. They cleaned the air ducts and I had to call them back to fix the real problem. They were a waste of time and it ended up costing me more money.

I was so glad to have my dishwasher fixed because I would not know what I would do without it. I am so glad the dishwasher got fixed and I didn't need to buy a new one. It was worth the cost to have it operating again.
