Had a great first experience with him, but beware because after you sign an annual maintenance agreement he will ghost you and never respond again. He first scheduled to come out for my annual maintenance, then no- showed. I always give people the benefit of the doubt because life happens. Then after countless times asking him when he could come and if he was okay, he never ever would get back to me. It's unfortunate how we trust people and then they take the money and run.

Dr. Shox was able to quickly diagnose the problem when my AC unit stopped working. He provided a fair estimate and is very thorough with his work. I have not had any problems with my cooling system since he left. I highly recommend!
