Clean Sweep of America was started in 2004 as a premier residential cleaning service. We offer our clients cleaning that suit all of their needs. We customize our standards to every new client and then customize them to suit any specific needs they may have. With Clean Sweep of America, our clients are not limited to a company's standard way of doing business. We understand that each person has a need that has to be met and addressed. First and foremost, customer satisfaction is the most important aspect of our business model. We always start our with a Deep cleaning or Spring cleaning with new clients. We work with our clients before we provide any cleanings to customize our cleaning list for your home.

It is our policy that if something is broken in a client’s home or office to have it repaired or replaced. Our policy has always been that our employees notify the office and our client if any accidents. Our employees deny any accidents. We have reached out numerous times to offer a cleaning at no charge. "This person hired us to “deep” clean the downstairs of her home in Germantown, Tennessee. The owner spent 45 minutes on the phone with her the day before our employees arrived for the cleaning making notes at the client's request for the areas she wanted cleaned. The upstairs was not to be part of the cleaning during the initial visit. She seemed perfectly nice and eager for us to come to her home. She had stated that she was sick with a “blood” disease and was not able to clean her home. After we cleaned her home and requested payment for our services, the client stated "my home wasn't even dirty". Our employees arrived and performed the work as requested. The client never complained once during the time we were there working. She was provided a price when our employees completed the work and then went ballistic and begin threatening our employees and refused to pay for the services when we requested payment. She threatened to harm our employees and our owner had to file a police report with the Germantown Police Department, a first since starting our business 15 years ago. Mrs. [Member Name Removed] was provided pricing information prior to our visit. We discovered this person has numerous lawsuits that have been filed against her for nonpayment of services. We stand behind our work and our employees did an excellent job in her home. This client did not want to pay for her cleaning services. We have before and after pictures of our work."
