not good they hire anyone that dont know anything about fixing cars

Had a tire blow out, knew it was getting bad but hadn't got around to having it fixed. Went in and they checked the tires and said the back two needed replaced and the front two still had some wear left but I knew they were very old so I had them replace them also. They were very honest with me and only did what I needed done. I liked that. Checked around prices on tires and were well inline with other places I checked.
This is the second time I have been there and both time they were very helpful and nice. Didn't try to push anything on me.

I have been using their services at least five years. My church also buys tires for their vehicles from here and they give them great discounts. They are very thorough and cautious and check to see if anything needs maintenance or repaired. They are a great company.

West End Tire is very professional in all their work. They replace, rotate, and balance all four tires on my car for me. It has always been a very good experience to have them do my work. They do quality work and stand behind what they do. However, I recently sent my grandson over to West End for a couple of tires for his car and there was a problem with a bump on one of them. I sent him back and he talked to an employee who refused to replace the tire claiming it had a bruise on it. I will be going in to talk to the owner, who I am expecting to make the situation right as he always has before. Their prices are very good and when my vehicle is returned it is always very neat and clean.

I have been using West End for quite awhile now because I really like the way they treat their customers. They are very down to earth, friendly and make you feel welcome. I did not have any warranties on my tires but when a rock got stuck in it and thought it was going to go flat I brought it to them and the fixed it for free.
