I've purchased tires for all my vehicles from Stevenson Tire since my first visit in 2004.  Their prices and service are excellent.  The personnel are courteous and professional.  Steve Stevenson has always given me solid recommendations on tires to fit my budget based on the specific vehicle I'm buying for.  I won't buy tires from anyone else.

I like them because they're not as busy as the competitors and you don't need to make an appointment to go there.

Wait time was very short, tire rotation was free, tire repair was perfect.

Have never had to wait overly long at my scheduled appointment; services provided in a timely manner with printouts provided for alignment services. Good selection of tire brands; knowledgeable salesmen who can recommend appropriate tires for make of car and driving habits. Skilled technicians both in the service and alignment departments. Clean facility, large waiting areas, large parking area, conveniently located at end of I140 in Maryville.

Late in the afternoon noticed I had a flat tire.... Put the spare tire on and took it by Stevenson tire not knowing if they would still have time to get to another vehicle... they did not hesitate.... Fast service and really nice people to deal with

It went very well. Took a tire which was purchased there back to be repaired. It was repaired very quickly while I waited and there was no charge. We have purchased several sets of tires from Stevenson and have always been treated well and happy with our tires and the price. Will definitely use them again.

Stevenson quoted on the tires we had researched. Gave a very competitive price. This was for my daughter's car. When she went in to purchase the tires, she was very pleased with their knowledge and friendly manner. Got her in and out quickly and she loves the tires.
One week later she damaged a tire and had to replace it. She did not have road-hazard insurance, but Stevenson got the distributor to give a little and Stevenson did also and in total they cut 1/3 off the original discounted price. Also got the tire in quickly (same day as called) and mounted it that day.
This is a great little tire service company. You won't go wrong dealing with them.

This is the third time I've used Stevenson Tire Co. They have always been prompt, respectful and I didn't feel like I had to have my husband with me to receive good service. They walked me through my tire options for my van, explaining which tire brand would do what and how long they are guaranteed for. the instillation was quick and painless. I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

When I first contacted Stevenson Tire Co., it was via the intenet. I filled out their user friendly information request and told them what I was looking for. That was on a weekend and the response came back that Monday. I told them that I was interested in their estimate and made an appoitment. The atmosphere as I walked in was pleasant, good energy I would say. They got my car up on the lift promptly andthe Mechanic began his work. As I was standing outside he came out of the garage and said and quot;I hate to be ther bearer of bad news, but you have a bad inner tie rodand quot;. I knew what he was talking about as I grew up eorking on all of my own cars. He took the car down of of the lift and gave me a reference. He seemed genuinely sorry to give me the news and I drove off telling him I would be back. I repaired the inner tie rod andd it was in pretty bad shape. On my way home from work (without calling or making an appointment) I decided to stop in and see if they would do the work. They seemed to be pretty busy, but, without hesitation they told me to have a seat and it would get done. After less than an hour and a half they had the wheel alignment done, tires mounted, balanced adn took it for a test drive. The car rides and handles like the first time I drove it. I highly recommend Stevenson Tire Co. for their professional manner, prompt service and reasonable price. By the way, they didn't try to gouge me for the first time they had me on the lift and stayed true to their original estimate to the penny!

After reading the good reviews I decided to give Stevenson a call. I got a quote of around $30 to replace the part if I brought my own part. It's rare to find a place that allows you to provide your own parts these days. I bought the part for $35 made an appointment for the following Monday morning. I arrived on time. They got me right in and less than an hour later I was driving out after paying the price quoted. The best quote I had prior to that was $150, so they saved me around $90 even including the cost of the part. I will use them again.

They were very professional, they recommended the tires to buy and the reason why. I was in and out in about 1/2 hour. I thought I also needed an alignment but instead they talked me out of it as they felt I didn't need it. "Lets put the new tires on first and see if that fixes the problem." It fixed the problem! I only gave a "B" in the price catagory because I didn't shop around or get prices at a similar type store so I really don't know how their prices compare, I do believe they were about average.

The service performed went well. This tire service has been in business for years. If you expect a modern show room and a nice sitting area, forget it. I am old fashioned and enjoyed the old timers coming in and asking questions. The service was excellent. You could tell customers and local folks depend on this place. I looked up the tires that I purchased for a review when I got home. The manager sold me a very good choice.

Very good. I have dealt with Stevenson Tire for nearly 30 years. They have always done a good job. They are very professional and do whatever it takes to make the customer happy.
