He is customer focused, he listens to what you tell him and is reasonable on his rates, maybe too reasonable for the amount of time he spent here vs what he charged. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing service or replacement. He is completely trustworthy. I am going to have him back for a cleaning and checkup later this spring.

Excellent response time. Excellent service. Stacy Ferrell didn't charge extra for a weekend call out. He arrived when he said he would and checked the problem methodically--eliminating one possible cause after another and coming up with what seemed to us like a logical conclusion. He worked steadily and efficiently. He provided lots of useful additional information about HVAC care and maintenance as we spoke to him. He is personable and intelligent. Would recommend without qualification to a friend. This company is a keeper.

Integrity is the first word that comes to mind. Also professionalism, expertise and knowledge. Stacy came when he said he would, did what he said he would, educated me about my ac system and left me feeling like I was in very good hands. I am very impressed and highly recommend him.

They were very trustworthy and did what they said they would do. Also showed up when they said they would. Both qualities which in my experience are very hard to find in customer service workers. Another company I spoke with said they don't work on rainy days. Didn't bother to even call me, much less show up. Mid Tenn Mechanical has been very professional.

He is great and informative! We appreciate the time and effort he put into troubleshooting the problem since when he arrived the unit was working fine. He found the problem and explained it to us thoroughly. He did a great job!

Stacy was great. My heat went out in my house on Sunday and Stacy got out here pretty quickly. His pricing was extremely affordable, he was quick and had all the parts for the job. Stacy was extremely polite and made sure I knew what was going on. I would defenietly reccomend this company to everybody.

Mid Tenn Mechanical (Stacey Ferrell) arrived on time and performed a more than satisfactory job with my a/c unit. Everything was explained well, much better than the previous a/c contracter.

Stacy went above and beyond to fix my water heater and assess my heating and cooling system. He came late so I would not have to take off early from work, and stayed until the job was done (almost 9:00 pm).

I was extremely pleased with the experience, customer service, and professionalism shown by Stacy Ferrell at Mid Tenn Mechanical. We called him because our central air unit wasn't working and he got it going again. The next day something else went wrong with it and Stacy came right back out to the house. He kept in contact with us to let us know when he would be arriving at the house. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate Stacy an 11! Thank you for the great work!
