We had a little snaffoo with arranging the first meeting. After that was taken care of, Gary came right in and diagnosed the problem with my doorbell. He replaced it and got everything in order within half an hour. I really appreciate him and would definitely use him again and recommend him to other people.

Gary Craddock and his guys were easy to work with to get my two attic fans installed in a timely manner and were flexible on scheduling. Their rates are resonable. I couldn't be happier with how quickly they got to my small project and treated it with the same importance as any bigger job. I've got a couple of other electrical jobs that are beyond my ability level and they'll definitely be the first # I call to take care of them.

They were very quick and efficient! The work that this Co. did failed and they would not come out to fix it.

I have a great issue with how this company bills. I can understand that they want to be paid for time but they want to be paid for time they were not even here. I live in a gated community and because they decided to come early 15 minutes they felt that it was acceptable to bill me for that time. Based on the actual invoice I was billed for them writing up the invoice but when I pointed out that they were clocking out 15 minutes earlier than the bill, nothing was said then. Later when I was discussing with the owner he felt that it was acceptable to bill me for the time that it takes for me to write the check. I was billed for taxes for the work that became real property. I sent documentation along with the letter to show how the state of Tennessee agrees with me. Mr. Craddock agreed that he should pay back the taxes but didn't feel that he owes me anything in regards to the time. However, 2 times he has promised that he would be mailing me the check for the full amount of my request. While his company did do the work, I had to call the cable company out to correct what they had done to make the cables fully functioning. Based on my discussion with Mr. Craddock he believes that his job is merely to run the cable. If his cables fail or if he does bad work he believes he is done. I would only say beware of this company for the following reasons. Mr. Craddock is not a man of his word. Based on my last conversation with him I am unclear what he thinks he is responsible for regarding the work that he does do. If as he says he merely runs the wires my guess would be anything that doesn't work he would then point you to the electric company, cable company or telephone company. Very professional. They were prompt, did quality work, and were courteous.

Gary was very fast, professional, and completed the task for the emergency situation in a time frame that was better than I expected. I will use Advanced Electrical again in the future for any future jobs I may have.
