Abseco Cleaning Services

Debra (Owner) is unprofessional, lacks customer service and is impolite. As she owns the company, there's no one to else to go to fix the issues. Abseco Cleaning received great reviews back in 2018. See Yelp for current reviews. Debra has a pattern of disrespectful behavior if her team's performance is subpar. Issue 1: Cleaning person (not Debra) provided poor cleaning job, was slow, and possibly in an altered mental state. Issue 2: Debra refused to listen to issue 1, was extremely rude and obnoxious. Scenario: I had two cleanings. First time cleaning was great. Seemed like there was no dirt left anywhere in the house. We were not home while the house was cleaned. Upon completion and arriving home, I was floored ;) with the cleanliness. Today's cleaning was subpar. Cleaner was apologetic when dirtiness was brought to her attention and kept offering to fix the mistakes. Gave the cleaner a second chance but kept noticing more and more dirtiness. I instructed cleaning woman to have Debra contact me to work out a solution. Debra called me, didn't listen to what I had to say, and provided this solution. Debra's solution: Scream at me on the phone, belittle me, call me crazy, tell me how great her people are, tell me she doesn't need to supervise her team, ask me what I wanted as a solution, not wait for an answer, and finally state she doesn't care about me she will get six new customers tomorrow. Good luck to you Debra. As written above, Debra owns the business, so no going anywhere else to get better service. Until Debra decides to listen to her customers and provide good service and be polite, I humbly recommend using another cleaner company.

Debra and her team provide an excellent service to her customers. Abseco is a step above other cleaning services that I have used in the past. They take the time to determine what your needs are. I would definitely recommend Abseco to anyone who is in search for a cleaning company.

We have 2 kids still at home, 2 dogs, and 3 cats. We are a mess, and they have consistently made our house S.P.A.R.K.L.E. I have used other providers in the past and this is the first time that anyone has exceeded my expectations and left me feeling that I got more than just a good value. You will not regret using them.

Great experience! I checked with a few companies before I found Abseco. I was immediately impressed with Debra's professionalism when we spoke. I needed a combination of some services to restore a rental property that had been neglected by tenants. Since I don't live in the area, I needed to work with a company under some special arrangements. As Debra explained how everything would work and how her company could address my needs, it gave me confidence this company would be a good choice. And it sure was! Everything worked out just as it was described and the house looks great inside and out .. Debra and her team definitely get a "WOW" from me! I know I have high expectations when it comes to "customer services" and when a company impresses me, I like to make sure they know. Definitely recommend them.
