"An estimate was sent out to customer on March 2 of additional work that she had our company quote. Our office attempted to contact customer multiple times by phone & email to follow up on the quote & answer any additional questions she may have. On April 2nd we received an email stating that the quote was too expensive & customer requested a refund. Customer was advised that G&B would be happy to come out & do the 2 hours of work that was paid for through Angie's List or she could contact Angie's List for a refund as we do not handle refund; Angie's list takes care of the refunds. Our office never heard from customer until June 16th; a call was received stating that Angie's List told her to call our company to get a refund. Upon contacting our representative at Angie's List our office was advised that no, this was not the case, that we are in no way responsible for providing a customer with a refund. I do see that Angie's List provided this customer with a refund, however, the reason stated was that "service provider was not reachable for service", this is 100% untrue, as G&B made several attempts to contact customer to no avail."
