2 guys came for a 4 hours of carpentry for $199. It was really one carpenter and his helper. The coop door is attached again, but within a week one of the screws had already popped out and it's not a tight fit anymore.
The gate stayed fixed until it rained and hasn't shut right since. I called and was told it was probably the wood swelling with the rain but it's been 3 weeks now and it still isn't working. I was told they could do another service call but I'll spend my money elsewhere and hope for better results.

"G&B used materials supplied by homeowner & was on site for 4 labor hours as that was the deal that was purchased. The homeowner was satisfied with the work when our crew left the property. The homeowner called the office of G&B 2 weeks later & stated she was having issues with the repairs. G&B offered to initiate a service call to fix the repairs but the homeowner declined. In conclusion, G&B repaired the items that were paid for using materials the homeowner supplied. G&B would have gladly went out on a service call but the homeowner didn't want to pay for additional work/time."

He looked at my deck, said there was no wood rot and that the railings would need to be replacec which he could not do.

"Upon finding out what the material to repair the deck was going to cost the customer out of pocket, the customer opted to not have the work completed. The member stated she did not have the extra funds to repair the deck at the time. We would not have refused to repair the railing on the deck, as we repair railing & building railing on a regular basis."

Amazing job! 2 workmen showed up on time (!), removed their shoes before coming in (!) and went to work. They completed the job in 1 hour and the repair is seamless. There was no mess to clean up, the guys left the area spotless, impressive. I have already contacted the company for another repair project because of the way they handled the first job. I think I've found my "go to" house repair company!!

This experience has left me the impression that this package deal was really a bait and switch scam to gain door replacement business. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They were punctual, set up nicely to keep area clean, and cleaned up before they left. Work appears professional, and they did a great job painting the ceilings. They added on a couple of extra items with little notice to them and, of course, charged for these. I would use them again.

They did a high quality job on all projects. They responded quickly with updates when I asked. The workers were very polite and worked hard. The project took longer to finish than they originally estimated. We were very happy with the finished product. Lamar and his crew were very helpful and it was a delight working with them.
