I saw the tree cutter (and owner of this business) Alex Lazo, taking a well-deserved break while removing a tree next door. I asked what his costs were for providing my dead 50 year old maple the same service. He replied that since he already had his trucks and equipment in the driveway, that he would cut, chip, remove all wood and grind the stump and remove for $500!! I hadn't decided on a removal service prior to this meeting but had gotten estimates from several. Alex's quote was by far the most reasonable, he was the most genuine service provider along with his older, smaller but very strong assistant! And the temperatures were close to 100 degrees! After completing the neighbor's tree cutting, he began on mine...that same day. By dark, only the stumps of both trees remained. He told me not to pay him until he returned the next day (Sat.) and finished the job by removing the stump. And he was back during the weekend to grind and rake away all remains of my beloved maple. Superlative work ethic and unwavering strength and stick-a-bility! I'd recommend Alex Lazo and his assistant at Beaver Tree Trimming Co. to any and all!!
