very nice and personable as far as service went. took way too much time going to Home Depot to get parts .I got charged for that by the hour for the time he was gone to the store shopping for things he should have already had in his truck.

Richard made the appointment and didn't show up on time. I spent a lot of money to fix my problem and when he couldn't fix it at that time, he promised to come back later that night to finish the last small repair, he didn't! It's been days and he still hasn't fixed it. Definitely say no, even if he calls.

The gentleman was just that, a gentleman. He thought he wasn't going to be able to start until the next day, but called me back a few minutes after he left and said he would do it immediately, because he didn't want me to go that long with a leaky pipe. It was pretty late in the day. Very grateful for the recommendation.
