About Us We were founded in 1998, and by simply paying attention to detail and treating customers honestly and fairly, Triad Pool Company,LLC. has grown from one person cleaning four pools a week to an inground, custom swimming pool construction and remodeling organization with over ten full time team members. The key to our success has been following one simple rule: "Treat others how you want to be treated.". Our company builds between 20 and 30 commercial and residential projects per year. We have no desire to be a volumn builder. We place great emphasis on customer service and satisfaction. We work with architects, engineers, home builders, and home owners. The Golden Rule We have found the Golden Rule to be an excellent business model. Triad Pool Company, LLC. is an employee owned and operated company. The opportunity for ownership plan was implemented in 2005 and rewards the management and key personnel for hard work, integrity and dedication. We want our clients to feel as important to our company during and after their pool construction as they felt during the sales process. We do not tell our clients what pool they need. We listen to how our clients will use their pool. We ask pointed questions to help us understand their vision and then we bring their vision to fruition. We never put the dollar first. Our reputation is priceless. We always do the right thing. We become friends with our clients by earning their trust and respect. We value this relationship long after the pool construction is complete. This policy has served our company well, as a majority of our business comes from direct referral by former clients.
