The staff were very friendly. I needed a tire due to mine busting after hitting something in the street. It’s typically hard for me to find the size of tire I need in stock at a decent price due to it being a BMW. They had what I needed on hand and Franklin hooked me up with a great price! Would definitely recommend this business!

At 15,000 miles or so an oil change at Ray villes the tech said you have worn patern on tire. Went back to tire barn said I have rotated tires at your store no one tells me about wear now my tie is no good. Hes solution was to ofer me alignment again but at the discount rate of what you pay when you get new tires. They should have replaced tire and gave free alinment due to their bad alignment. I now use discount tire. They lost my business.

Ordering took a while but this was the only place in town I could find who could order them at all. Then when there was a mix-up (not sure who was at fault here) and they only received four rather than the five tires I needed, they found a fifth tire with expedited delivery and they soaked up the added cost; I still got the five for the original quoted price. They may not be the cheapest place around but they were able to get exactly the tires I wanted and they'll rotate them free for as long as I own the tires/vehicle.

I have been a Tire Barn customer for about 7 years because of their excellent service,willingness to match prices and professional atitude. They performed the alignment check, inspected my front end, and showed me some problems I needed to have fixed before they could properly align my wheels. There was no pressure to have them perform the work, and no charge for the inspection. After I have the needed repairs performed, I will return to have the alignment done.

I ordered basic tire's, even asked if I needed to put down a deposit,told me no.That they would call when tires come in. almost month later, nothing

I called the day before I came to make sure they had 4 Michelin tires in my size in stock. They did not have them in stock, however, they said they would call me when they did. They did want they said , and contacted me when 4 Michelin tires were available. They even put them back for me so nobody else can buy them. I am very picky on my tires and will only purchase Michelin.
I was greeted when I arrived. Employees are friendly and professional. There was also a $70 rebate on the purchase of 4 Michelin tires and they gave me the necessary paperwork. I received the rebate without any problems. The tires are doing great and will use them again

Tire Barn has unfailingly provided quality service at a reasonable price. The only hint of complaint I can provide is that, on one occasion, a service stretched out to perhaps an hour beyond what they'd forecast. However, I unfailingly recommend this place to friends because it is that rare automobile service business that I can trust to do a job properly, without oversight on my part.
The best representative story I can provide is this: after taking my fiancee's car to the Toyota dealership for a routine service, the dealership service rep came back and claimed that three tires and wheels needed to be replaced due to damage (which did exist, but I could tell that only one tire and one wheel actually required replacement--the other two were cosmetic). The Toyota quoted price for this seemed high, so I told them I'd think about it and went to Tire Barn for a second opinion. The manager promptly came out and looked over the car, immediately telling me that they could bend the rims back into place for free--even the worst one, which I hadn't expected. He confirmed what I believed, that only one tire actually needed to be replaced. The prices that he quoted for tires were cheaper, for higher-quality tires than the dealership had tried to sell me. I bought two tires, so that there would be a set that I could rotate properly, and one new steel wheel (I was concerned with the damaged wheel rusting, long-term, due to paint loss around the damage). They still bent all three damaged wheels back into shape, for free, and I took the most originally damaged one with me to repaint and turn into a full-size spare.
In general, I have never had to dig to find out what the bottom-line price for any service is, and I have never had any problems with work performed by Tire Barn. They're not out to make money off of unnecessary parts or repairs, unlike several dealerships that I've encountered. I honestly wish that they did more than just tires and alignments, because they're the most trustworthy auto service business I've encountered.

I've had to put 3 sets of new tires on my current car. Previously I've gone to NTB and FisherTire. This 3rd time, I went to TireBarn. Tire Barn Warehouse was hand's down the best experience of the three. They were punctual with online quotes, the staff didn't talk down to me as a woman, and they had the best price after calling around to a few different stores.
