They did a good job. I would use them again in the future.

We have been satisfied with their services. We pay by the year, but I don't have anything to compare the price to. I will continue to use them in the future.

They inspect and spray for wasps around the outside of the house. Their price is competitive. The one time I had to call them, I got a call back and a visit within a day. They are within their time frame when they say they will be arriving.

They have been doing good. They have really cut their service level back to only once a year now. They have been using a new baiting system where they come out and bait all the stations with termite bait that is actually used to kill them, so it's a preventative thing. They have done the steps differently. They used to come every couple of months and check the stations for termites, and then they would go back to the colony to kill them, but now in order to cut down on their service levels, they just come out once a year and they check all the baits. They do it differently, but it's effective and still works. The charges what I pay is for a yearly contract. I think their service level is good. They keep me posted whenever they come to the house, and they give me a full report if they found any termites in any station, and they will let me know which station it was and will let me know what they did, so it's kind of a thorough report. If I have a problem, they will come right away.

They are professional. I haven’t had any problems with them.

It was great. It was the first year we did not see any of those creatures. The prices are really reasonable and we have used them for 10 years now. They are always on time, and call to confirm before coming over. We have never had any trouble with them.

We have a one year contract. They came out for a quarterly spray. We have carpenter bees and they spray for those, as well. The price is really good. They also will come out and respond quickly if something comes up.

We pay an annual fee.  They only use the sentricon system in this area.  It reportedly keeps termites from entering the home, but it doesn't.  The service that they do for our house doesn't work.  Termites have gotten past the stations and entered the house and to their credit Terminix has repaired the damage.  They realized the issue and fixed it for us.  All the representatives act in a professional manner and they respond promptly to calls.  My responses are in relation to the sentricon system itself and not to Terminix.  Sentricon is the system that they recommended for us.  My problem is not with Terminix but with the system they are using.  We would take an alternative route.  We would use Terminix but not the sentricon system again in the future. 

They are super.  They come out every three months.  They remind me when it's time for my quarterly spray.  They handle my termite treatment once a year.  I have an annual contract for termite treatment.  It paid off when I had to put some Hardie Board on the side of my house.  The contractor found some termites and they reimbursed the fee.  They treated the area and reimbursed me for the Hardie Board because I have an annual contract.  The people who come out are very professional.  We started using them in the early 2000s because we had some ant problems in the kitchen.  They charge me quarterly.  If I have a specific area of concern I can tell them, and they would investigate it and do what they need to do.  I would recommend them.

Made an appointment which they kept.  and then had a technician install the traps.  Everything they did was as agreed.  I paid a bit more for the service from Terminex but did so because of their excellent warranty and because I saw how they handled warranties in Alabama with customers who had extreme termite issues.  They were outstanding and I wanted that assurance here in Tennessee

I like that they are right on schedule. 

They charge me $85 a quarter. I would say that by and large they have done very well.

They were way more expensive than we wanted. Their answers weren't very clear. They were using the same techniques as everyone else but they couldn't tell me why they were charging more. I don't have anything against them I just thought the price was high.

I have a contract with them. I have been using them since 1972. I have been very happy with them. They do annual inspection. They come out twice a year. They look at the inside of my house for any damage at all. I also have a system outside that they have provided. I pay extra for it as the system traps the termites. They come out and check for activity once every other month. If there is any activity, they set up a bait in there to draw the termites to the trap. I am not sure how well it works, but I will tell you that I recently had a floor replaced by them. Infact, I have had that floor replaced twice by them because of termites being attracted to this one part of the house. Because of the musty odor, they decided that it was probably a moisture problem. They paid to have the floor completely removed and looked under the floor to see why the termites were coming through a concrete slab. They found that the slabs had slightly disintegrated. Consequently, I had to pay for a new concrete floor to be put in there. When the concrete was poured and seasoned, they did install a new floor for me. I am very happy with them as far as living up to the contract. They stayed on the problem until it got fixed. The contract renewal costs me $250 every year. It is a fair price. They are very punctual and professional. I will continue to use them in the future.

We pay about $250 a year but if we were ever to get termites, they would provide the insurance and would take care of it. I?d say their price is about average, and as far as I know, we don?t have termites. I would continue to use them in the future.

I think they are pricey. They have a good reputation. They said that they would give us a letter showing that the house had been treated for termites if we decided to sell it. The guy was very thorough and explained everything. He left a phone number in case we had any other questions. They were very professional and came when they said they would. They don't have to come back unless we see termites.
