Went very well. I called them on Wednesday to arrange a tow on Thursday for my car. They were very polite on the phone and I explained what I needed done. The tow truck driver showed up on time and they even called when they were on the way to my house. No problems at all.

I needed to have my truck towed to Jefferson City for repair. I called Ogle's to be told they were quite busy that day but, would do their best to help me. They called back several hours later to inform me someone was on their way and that I would be taken care of. They were polite, friendly and professional. Bill, the driver, got my truck out of a difficult position in my driveway and on to his flat bed truck. I was pleased with the service and would most certainly recommend this company.

The people on the phone for the wrecker service were extremely helpful even though they seemed very busy.
At first they told me that they were pretty booked and I would likely end up waiting a bit ( I appreciated the honesty ). However they called me back 15 minutes later after someone cancelled. The men who came to tow my car were very gentle with it, even though it was not in the easiest spot to roll out. After watching some of the horror shows around the UT campus, it's nice to see what an actual professional tow looks like.
